Following is a  quick rundown of our work today.  :)  It was our library day, followed by a science lab.  Tomorrow, we will do part 2 of the lab and, then, the students will design and carry out an original paper/water investigation.  By the way, you might ask your student about the sentences we were decoding in English this afternoon. 

Literature: Redone assignments are due tomorrow morning.
6th Science: Paper Towel Lab Pt 1 in class today; data sheet due tomorrow
Christian Studies: Verse(s) due Friday (or earlier for extra credit); p 103 in class today
English/Writing: Wks #2
Social Studies: Study Guide p 2 due tomorrow; ch 4 test Thursday
Math: 5-7 & 5-8 worksheets
7th Science: Continue work on Lapbook (due 1/22)
8th Science: Continue work on "blue print" for Rube Goldberg Machine (drawing due 1/22)
Music:  Music of the Impressionist Period
Elective (String Art):

Ongoing Projects: 6th Science Investigation, 2/25; 7th Science or Engineering Design, 2/25; Rube Goldberg Machine, 2/5.
