Happy New Year! I'm changing the format of the blog just a bit so that the assignment list will be archived along with the blog posts. A big "Thank You" to Ms. Trulove for helping me learn how to embed the assignment list!
Today, enthusiasm was running rampant in 6th grade. The students were so excited to see each other again, and the fact that we had a new room arrangement/seating assignments probably heightened the kids' glee. :) The 6th graders are thrilled to have their new PE/Study Skills teacher, Mr. Haynes, officially on board! I have revised our class schedule slightly and will email you a copy tomorrow or Monday. I gave a preliminary schedule to the students today, but the copy quality was not good enough to send home.
In Christian Studies we are moving into the season of Epiphany and today we began learning about the return of the Israelites from exile prior to Christ's birth.
