Chapels are such a delightful way to start our Wednesdays!  Today our guest speaker was Mr. Hansen from Bethel Church.  Also, Pastor Mark taught us a new song which he accompanied on his guitar.  After we returned to our room, we read another chapter from our read aloud, By the Great Horn Spoon.  Then, we discussed the important events which occurred in chapters 8 and 9 in our novel, A Single Shard.  You might ask your student to give you a brief "book talk" about our story.  :)  While we will still devote occasional class periods to our project reports, we have moved to our next science unit--flight.  The students are looking forward to learning more about flight forces and the particulars of airplane flight.  This is going to be fun!

Have an awesome evening.
