Due to the very cold weather, we stayed inside for our lunchtime recess.  Mr. Haan reminded all the students of the importance of coats, gloves, hats, etc., when the weather is so frigid.  Of course, we recommend avoiding shorts, too!

As always, chapel was a special time for worship.  Our guest leader, Dan Wolters, encouraged us to trust more and more in our Savior.  You might want to ask your student about Pastor Dan's illustration...

One last note, Mrs. Wolters (our 6th grade history teacher) is missing 2 Mid-Columbia Library books about Egypt that she let our class use.  Please check around home to see if your student might have brought one of the MCL books home accidentally.  Thanks so much!
