Have you ever had a snowball fight in a gym?  We did today and it was FUN!.  Plus, we won our competition against the 7th grade--hehehe.  The gym dedication was the perfect ending to our day, complete with a brand new Eagle mascot.  Needless-to-say, the 6th graders were excited and we can't wait to start using our gym on a regular basis this week.  :)  Students need to bring a pair of clean, non-marking shoes for use in the gym.  (Existing shoes that have been scrubbed are just fine.)

The All Christian Schools Track Meet is Wednesday and we are still in need of drivers.  Huge "Thanks!" go to Mrs. Schneider and Mrs. Perez for offering to drive students from the school to the track (Fran Rish Stadium, Richland) and back to school again.  Mr. Blank sent out an email today via Gradelink regarding transportation.  If you don't receive a copy, let me know and I'll forward another copy to you.

Just a couple of other reminders today--Indoor Olympics is coming up soon (5/24) and the "Meet the Author Dessert" will be this Friday (5/17).
