Today our class was quite animated during last period.  We carried out a paper towel absorbency study, comparing low- , mid- and high-cost paper towels.  Tomorrow we are going to test the saturation capacity of the three brands of towels.  I wonder which towel will perform the best?

Signed Internet Safety Contracts are due tomorrow.  Students without signed forms will be unable to bring their iPads home tomorrow night.  Speaking of iPads, we are having a blast learning to use them and several students are anxiously awaiting the opportunity to connect with the internet.  The students have taught me a few tips already this week.  :)
