Hot lunch order forms went home today.  :)

Today, the 6th Graders celebrated Mole Day and National Chemistry Week with a
candy lab.  We were testing sour candies to see how they reacted with three different
solutions (table salt, table sugar, and baking soda).  You might want to ask your
6th grader what he/she discovered.  :)

If you are new to BLS, we hope you can attend the LEST Information Dinner tonight, .
LEST is one of the highlights of our school year and tonight will give you an opportunity
to learn more about this tournament, meet some veteran LEST families, and eat pizza.
The dinner will begin at 6:00 PM.
