We began reading Shakespeare today and I am delighted that the students are having fun with it! After we have finished all five acts, we will be breaking into drama troupes and preparing to perform scenes for our classmates.
Meanwhile, the 7th graders are designing and building toothpick bridges which will support heavy loads. Next week we will test the final structures to failure. In 6th grade we are well into our flight unit and experimenting with improved designs for paper gliders.
